Press-fitting work is evaluated by appropriately determining a load when sliding occurs. A load-drop determination unit determines whether or not a load value detected by a load detecting unit exceeds a load-drop determination value decided based on a moving average value and a dispersion average value stored in a storage unit. A data substitution unit substitutes the load value which is determined to exceed the load-drop determination value in the load-drop determination unit with a predetermined value.

In the large-diameter bobbin mode of the bobbin winding device, the switching lever is arranged at the switching position, and the interlocking lever is rotated to the blocking position blocking the lowering of the thread trimming holder at the raised position. Therefore, the small-diameter bobbin is arranged above the regular mounting position if it is mounted on the spool shaft. Thus, the engaging hook of the bobbin stopper does not engage with the upper end portion of the core portion of the small-diameter bobbin, and the engaging hook and the thread trimming holder do not sandwich the small-diameter bobbin vertically. Therefore, when the spool shaft is rotated by the spool motor in this state, the bobbin thread is not wound around the small-diameter bobbin since it idles with respect to the spool shaft.
A bobbin winding device has a switching motor and a switching lever connected to the switching motor. The switching motor is driven by the control unit, and the switching lever is rotated, so that the intermediate position of the detection lever is changed to one side in the rotation direction of the detection lever. This allows changing the winding diameter of the bobbin thread wound on different bobbin diameters. Here, the bobbin winding device has a color sensor which detects the outer diameter of the bobbin mounted on the spool shaft. The control unit drives the switching motor to rotate the switching lever based on the detected outer diameter of the bobbin. Therefore, the user can wind the bobbin thread around the bobbins having different outer diameters without rotating the switching lever from the initial position based on the outer diameter of the bobbins to be mounted.

Feed dog mounting/unmounting mechanism and sewing machine
In feed dog mounting/unmounting mechanism, lever is slidably provided to feed base in the front-rear direction, and is forced backward by a lever force-applying spring. Upon sliding lever rearward, fixing target portion of feed dog 22 is fixedly held by base-side fixing portion of feed base and lever-side fixing portion of lever arranged in the front-rear direction. Stopper is provided to feed base so as to be movable in the upper-lower direction, and holds lever. When feed dog is mounted, stopper is pressed downward by feed dog, which moves stopper so as to allow lever to slide. With this, lever is slid due to force applied by the lever force-applying spring, thereby allowing fixing target portion to be held, interposed between base-side fixing portion and lever-side fixing portion.
The desired seams are formed while adding a hand-sewn taste to the sewing pattern without changing the tendency of the hand-sewn taste for the same pattern. In a sewing machine, a plurality of needle plate holes are formed in a needle plate. The needle plate holes are arranged at positions respectively corresponding to a plurality of blade-side rotation positions of a cutwork blade. In this manner, the needle plate hole is formed in a shape corresponding to a shape of a blade portion, and a direction of the needle plate hole can match a direction of the blade portion that is arranged above to face the needle plate hole. Specifically, a linear hole-side cutting surface corresponding to a blade-side cutting surface of the blade portion is formed in the needle plate hole, and the blade-side cutting surface and the hole-side cutting surface can be arranged to face each other in a direction orthogonal to both the surfaces in a plan view.
In a needle plate, a needle plate hole is configured to include a hole-side cutting side that cuts a cutting target object together with a blade portion, and a relief side that allows a cut portion of the cutting target object to escape. Specifically, the needle plate hole has the hole-side cutting side that shears the cutting target object together with a blade-side cutting side of the blade portion, and the relief side that forms a gap between the blade portion to be inserted and the relief side. In this manner, in the former stage of cutting processing, the cutting target object can be cut by the hole-side cutting side and the blade-side cutting side.
A sewing machine is provided with a function of adjusting a thread margin remaining on a cloth side to be sewn to a desired amount. A sewing machine includes a cutting member and a thread length adjustment mechanism. The cutting member cuts an upper thread and a lower thread between a hole of a needle plate and the cutting member. The thread length adjustment mechanism adjusts the length of the upper thread and the lower thread extending from the hole of the needle plate up to the cutting member.

In a sewing machine, an elevating unit is configured to be integrally raised and lowered with a threading lever of a threading apparatus. Furthermore, an operating lever is coupled to a lever interlocking mechanism that interlocks with the rotational operation of the operating lever. Upon pressing threading lever downward from an initial position when operating lever is at an operating position, an elevating unit engages with lever interlocking mechanism. Operating force applied to threading lever is transmitted to operating lever via lever interlocking mechanism, thereby turning operating lever from operating position to non-operating position. Accordingly, even when a presser is at a raised position, by pressing threading lever downward, operating lever is turnable from operating position to non-operating position, thereby allowing presser to return to pressing position.

In a sewing machine, a switching mechanism is coupled to a slide arm of a transmission mechanism included in an upper feed mechanism. When the switching mechanism is operated, the slide arm is switched between a transmission state in which the driving force of a driving cam is transmitted to a feed link mechanism and a non-transmission state in which the driving force of the driving cam is not transmitted to the link mechanism 61. This allows the switching mechanism to switch the slide arm 60A to the non-transmission state. This allows the operation of the feed link mechanism to be suspended, and allows the upper-lower movement of an upper feed dog to be suspended. Accordingly, this contributes to a reduction in vibration and noise in the sewing machine.

When the overlock sewing machine is in the interlocked state with an upper knife in an interlocked position, rotating an operating shaft toward one side around an axis causes an interlock switching mechanism to displace the other end of a rod and switch to the interlock release state, a pressing portion presses a first switching portion, the first switching portion causes a swinging member to swing toward a forward motion side, and the upper knife is moved to a retracted position. When in the interlock release state with the upper knife in the retracted position, rotating the operating shaft toward one side around the axis causes the pressing portion to press a second switching portion, the second switching portion causes the swinging member to swing toward a return motion side, the upper knife is moved to the interlocked position, and the interlock switching mechanism displaces the other end of the rod and switches to the interlocked state.
Provided is an overlock sewing machine that prevents switching to an interlocked state or to an interlock release state against the will of a user and that prevents the position of an upper knife from being switched to an interlocked position or to a retracted position. The overlock sewing machine is provided with an operating shaft that is configured so as to be slidable between a first position and a second position and that operates an interlock switching mechanism and a position switching mechanism by rotating. The interlock switching mechanism comprises: a rotating body provided so as to be capable of rotating together with the operating shaft; an interlock switching member; and a first engaged section formed on the rotating body. When the operating shaft is arranged in the first position while in an interlocked state, an engagement section of the interlock switching member is engaged with the first engaged section and rotation of the operating shaft is restricted, and sliding the operating shaft to the second position releases the engaged state of the engagement section and the first engaged section, thereby allowing rotation of the operating shaft.
A plurality of pressurization-related steps are collectively managed by one program. This method has a plurality of pressurization-related steps performed on one pressurization subject from one activation standby state until the next activation standby state, and an evaluation pertaining to pressurization-related information is performed in at least one of the plurality of pressurization-related steps. When all of the pressurization-related steps in the pressurization subject have been completed, or when there is a pressurization-related step in which the subject was evaluated to be unsuitable in the evaluation step before the plurality of pressurization-related steps in the pressurization subject are completed, a pressurization member for pressurizing the pressurization subject is returned to a prescribed position without executing the next pressurization-related step.

The present invention detects, using a single switch (84), the opening/closing of a looper cover (110) and a side cover (130), and the switching of a threading state. This overlock sewing machine (1) is configured so that when a switching mechanism is switched to a sewing state, the looper cover (110) held in a closed position is slid to one side in the axial direction of a hinge shaft (94), thereby actuating a detection lever (76). In a non-actuated state, the detection lever (76) is held in an initial position in which the detection lever (76) does not press an actuation protrusion (84A) of the switch (84). When the detection lever (76) is actuated while the side cover (130) is in a closed position, the detection lever (76) is held in an actuation permitting position in which the detection lever (76) presses the actuation protrusion (84A). When the detection lever (76) is actuated while the side cover (130) is in an open position, the detection lever (76) is moved through the actuation permitting position and held in an actuation prevention position in which the detection lever (76) does not press the actuation protrusion (84).
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a log collection device with which it is possible, without memory becoming a bottleneck, to ascertain a runtime situation based on an event log, and to further provide an industrial robot and electric-powered press comprising said log collection device. Provided is a log collection device 1, which, as an example, an industrial robot or an electric-powered press comprises. Said log collection device 1: causes a volatile memory 3 to store an event log 11 which indicates a description of an event which has occurred with a device; generates abstract data 12 which summarizes the event log 11; and causes the volatile memory 3 to store the abstract data 12 and deletes from the volatile memory 3 the event memory 11 which has been summarized in the abstract data 12.
