STAB-PROOF LAMINATE AND STAB-PROOF IMPLEMENT USING SAME, AND NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR STAB-PROOF IMPLEMENT
Provided is a stab-proof laminate 1 that includes super fibers, the stab-proof laminate comprising: resin-reinforced fabrics 3a-3e obtained by incorporating resin into a fabric in which super fibers are used for warp and weft; and nonwoven fabrics 2a-2d formed chiefly of the super fibers. The nonwoven fabrics 2a-2d are structured so as to be sandwiched by the resin-reinforced fabrics 3a-3e from both surfaces. When an impact by a sharp object occurs, the movement of constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric 2a-2d sandwiched by the resin-reinforced fabrics 3a-3e from both surfaces is inhibited, causing the constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabrics 2a-2d to be pulled in the longitudinal direction, thereby absorbing impact energy. The stab-proof implement according to the present invention is configured to accommodate the nonwoven fabrics in a state of being sandwiched by the resin-reinforced fabrics from both surfaces, or in a state in which the nonwoven fabrics and the resin-reinforced fabrics are stacked alternately. This configuration inhibits high-strength, high-modulus fibers from moving upon impact by a sharp object, and causes a stabbing-direction stress to act on the fiber, and thereby enables efficient absorption of impact energy.

BIOCOMPATIBLE LONG-FIBER NONWOVEN FABRIC, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, THREE-DIMENSIONAL SCAFFOLD FOR CELL CULTURING, AND CELL CULTURING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention pertains to a biocompatible long-fiber nonwoven fabric including, as the main component, a biocompatible polymer, wherein biocompatible long fibers constituting the biocompatible long-fiber nonwoven fabric have a fiber diameter that varies in the longitudinal direction, have fiber intersections being partially welded thereto, do not sag even when wet, and become transparent when wet. This biocompatible long-fiber nonwoven fabric can be prepared by extruding, into the air, a spinning liquid containing a biocompatible polymer through a nozzle discharge port 3, jetting a pressure liquid 7 forward from a fluid jet orifice 5 that is not in contact with the nozzle discharge port 3 and that is located rearward of the nozzle discharge port 3, letting the extruded spinning liquid accompany the pressure fluid 7 to undergo fiber formation, and then accumulating long fibers 8 resulting from the fiber formation into a long-fiber nonwoven fabric 9. With such a configuration, the present invention provides: a biocompatible long-fiber nonwoven fabric having high forming stability and formability useful for medical applications, cell culturing scaffolds, and the like; a production method therefor; a three-dimensional scaffold for cell culturing; and a cell culturing method using same.

BUNDLE SPUN YARN, FIBER CLOTH USING SAME, AND FIBER PRODUCT FOR GARMENT
A bundle spun yarn that is 100% animal hair fibers; or a mixed bundle spun yarn that includes animal hair fibers and other short fibers that are not the animal hair fibers. The animal hair fibers are cut to an average fiber length of 20–35 mm and a maximum fiber length of no more than 55 mm. Winding fibers are wound onto a surface to form the spun yarn. The fiber cloth uses the bundle spun yarn in the form of a single yarn or a two-ply yarn that has a metric count of 10–80. The fiber cloth is woven or knit. The fiber product for a garment is made from the fiber cloth. The present invention prevents yarn imperfections and breakage and facilitates stable spinning. The bundle spun yarn has substantial practical physical properties, and production costs are greatly reduced.

b), and a weft thereof is a super fiber yarn. Preferably, the covered yarn is a W covered yarn in which a twist coefficient K of the covering yarns with respect to the core yarns is 2000 to 30000. Due to this, it is possible to provide a protective woven fabric that, even when the warp and the weft is squeezed or rubbed by the reed, heddles, etc., of a loom, has few defects such as fluff or fiber aggregates and which has a satisfactory weaving pattern while retaining a high protective function. A force required to cut this woven fabric is 50 N or more, preferably 60 N or more, as measured through a cutting test in accordance with JIS-T8052, even when the fabric is a monolayer woven fabric.

A suit of the present invention is a two-piece suit (1) including a coat (2) and trousers (3) and/or a skirt that are made from a woven fabric containing animal hair fibers and/or synthetic fibers. The coat (2) stretches more in the weft direction than in the warp direction, and the trousers (3) and/or skirt stretch more in the warp direction than in the weft direction. A method for producing the suit includes: for upper and lower parts of the suit, dyeing yarns of the same quality by the same method and producing woven fabrics that are woven in the same structure; differentiating stretchability of the woven fabrics in warp and weft directions in tentering processing by a heat set in a final finish step, thereby producing a cloth for coat and a cloth for trousers and/or skirt; and cutting and sewing the cloths. Thus, it is possible to provide a suit imparted with a function of high mobility even though it is a two-piece suit, and a method for producing the same.
A suit according to the present invention is an upper-and-lower set suit (1) comprising a jacket (2) composed of a fabric formed of animal hair fiber and/or synthetic resin and pants (3) and/or a skirt. The jacket (2) is stretched more in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction, and the pants (3) and/or the skirt are/is stretched more in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction. Yarns of the same quality are dyed in the same manner for the upper and lower parts of the suit, fabrics are manufactured to have the same texture, and the stretch is made different in the vertical and horizontal directions in the tentering process of the heat set of the finishing process so as to respectively manufacture, cut, and sew cloths for the jacket and the pants and/or the skirt. In this manner, the upper-and-lower set suit provided with the function of high mobility and the method for manufacturing same are provided.
