Bicomponent fibres are obtained having superior hygroscopicity, anti-static properties, and tactile coolness, while having few problems in post processing, even after cross-knitting with polyurethane or polyethylene terephthalate. Each sheath-core bicomponent fibre comprises a core part and a sheath part and is shaped so that the core part is not exposed to the surface of the fibre. The core part comprises a polyether block amide copolymer (see general formula (1)) of which the hard segment indicated in general formula (1) is nylon 6, and the sheath part is a nylon 6 resin. The area ratio of the core part and the sheath part in a cross-section of the fibre is 3/1-1/5. [In the formula, PA indicates a polyamide unit (hard segment), PE indicates a polyether unit (soft segment), and n indicates a repeating unit.]

The disclosed fibrous fabric is either all or partly constructed from thread formed from core-in-sheet composite fibres. Therein, the core portion of the core-in-sheath composite fibres is formed from polyamide components, the sheath portion is formed from polyester components, and there are portions wherein the polyester components of the sheath portion have been removed by means of a fibre degradation processing agent and portions wherein said components have not been removed. The fibrous fabric has excellent sharpness in the boundary sections between the portions wherein the polyester components of the sheath portion have been removed by means of the fibre degradation processing agent and the portions wherein said components have not been removed, and is suited to providing design and partial functionalities, for example elasticity.

There is provided a splittable conjugate fiber characterized by having one member consisting of a polyamide resin composition containing an aromatic polyamide and an aliphatic polyamide and having another member consisting of a fiber forming polymer with no affinity to the polyamide resin composition. Preferably, the aromatic polyamide is a polyamide whose major structural units are composed of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic diamine. In further preferred modes, the polyamide resin composition consists of nylon-MXD6 and nylon-6, the weight ratio therebetween ranging from 35:65 to 70:30, and the fiber forming polymer is a polyester or polyolefin.

A highly shrinkable fiber composed of nylon-MXD6 polymer and nylon-6 polymer, characterized in that a weight ratio therebetween is in the range of 35:65 to 70:30, and that each thereof exhibits a breaking strength of 4.00 cN/dtex or greater. Preferably, the weight ratio between nylon-MXD6 polymer and nylon-6 polymer of the highly shrinkable fiber is in the range of 45:55 to 55:45. The highly shrinkable fiber exhibits a high shrinkage ratio in boiling water, so that when the highly shrinkable fiber is used in a woven fabric, there can be realized a high density.

CONJUGATED FIBER EXCELLENT IN ANTISTATIC PROPERTY, MOISTURE ABSORPTION AND COOL TOUCH FEELING
The invention provides a novel conjugated fiber which is excellent in productivity and which has excellent moisture absorption, antistatic property and cool touch feeling, namely, a conjugated fiber which is composed of a sheath made from a fiber-forming resin such as polyamide or polyester and a core made from a polyether block amide copolymer at a core/sheath area ratio of 5/95 to 95/5 and which has an exposure angle of the core to the surface of 5 to 90°. It is still preferable that the core/sheath area ratio be 10/90 to 90/10 and the exposure angle of the core to the surface be 5 to 80° with a percentage of crimp of 2 to 30%.

MEDICAL SHEET BASE AND MEDICAL SHEET COMPRISING THE SAME
A medical sheet base which has been more improved than conventional ones in performances required of medical sheet bases, such as stretchability, air permeability, moisture permeability, water proofness, and flexibility, and is obtained by combining a polyurethane nonwoven fabric with a polyurethane film. The polyurethane nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric obtained by continuously disposing fibers having an average fiber diameter of 50 쎽m or smaller in a layered arrangement substantially without bundling these, and bonding the fibers to themselves. The polyurethane film is a film having microvoids with a diameter of 10 쎽m or smaller in each surface of the film and having microvoids interconnecting in the film-thickness direction.
wherein the A yarn-to-B yarn pitches are not longer than 7 mm.
The polyester fabric is light in weight, high in density and flexible by using extra-fine polyester multifilaments finer as compared with the conventional polyester multifilaments and, at the same time, has a sufficient level of tear strength.

This invention provides an electroconductive material for an electroconductive gasket, which can easily realize the production of an electroconductive gasket having any desired shape, has cushioning properties, can significantly reduce the amount of cut chips produced in punching and, at the same time, can significantly reduce the occurrence of loosening or fuzzing. The electroconductive material comprises a nonwoven fabric of a self-bonded continuous organic fiber which has been metallized. The electroconductive material comprises a lamination integrated composite sheet of a nonwoven fabric of a self-bonded continuous organic fiber and an organic fiber structure sheet, the lamination integrated composite sheet having been metallized.

NORMAL PRESSURE CATION DYEABLE POLYESTER, TEXTILE PRODUCT MADE FROM THE SAME, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF THE SAME
A normal pressure cation dyeable polyester containing an isophthalate moiety having a metal sulfonate group at a specified ratio relative to the total amount of the acidic moieties present in the polyester and containing a polyalkylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 150 to 600 at a specified ratio relative to the total amount of the polyester, the concentrations of diethylene glycol and a terminal carboxyl group relative to the glycol moiety being defined within a specific range. This polyester exhibits good light resistance both when deep-colored and when pale-colored while maintaining stable quality for use in textile products.

BELT-SHAPED WOVEN STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A woven structure of a belt form which is woven by the use of a non-heat fusible synthetic fiber and a heat fusible synthetic fiber containing, in the surface thereof, a heat fusible component having a softening point lower by 30~C or more than that of the non-heat fusible synthetic fiber, wherein the heat fusible synthetic fiber is used in at least a part of the wefts constituting the woven structure and is heat-treated at a temperature of a softening point of the heat fusible component or higher, and as a result, a plurality of the heat fusible synthetic fibers, or the heat fusible synthetic fiber and the non-heat fusible synthetic fiber are fused and fixed to each other. The woven structure allows the production of a woven structure of a belt form, such as a webbing for a sheet belt, which can retain the stiffness in the weft direction over a long period of time even when it is repeatedly used, and thus is less prone to twisting, and further is soft and easy to handle, with good efficiency.
