Abrégé

The present invention relates to a method and system for controlling the temperature of a battery pack, using a heater or a cooler. The present invention provides a method for controlling the temperature of a battery pack having a temperature adjustment unit, which operates when power is supplied thereto, mounted on the battery pack. The present invention can provide a method for controlling the temperature of a battery pack, comprising the steps of: setting a target value for a usable output of a battery pack; estimating a usable output value of the battery pack on the basis of the ambient temperature of the battery pack and state information of each of a plurality of batteries included in the battery pack; supplying power to a temperature adjustment unit on the basis of the estimated usable output value; re-estimating the usable output value of the battery pack after a predetermined time has passed since the time of supplying power to the temperature adjustment unit; and blocking power being supplied to the temperature adjustment unit, if the re-estimated usable output value reaches the target value, wherein the state information of each of the plurality of batteries comprises location information of each of the plurality of batteries included in the battery pack.

Abrégé

The present invention pertains to a retaining wall construction system for preventing tsunamis and flood damages and a construction method thereof. The retaining wall construction system for preventing tsunamis and flood damages includes hexagonal multi-layered interlocking blocks (10) built in a plurality of lines for forming a retaining wall, wherein S-shaped connection sections (11) are formed on an outer periphery for a plurality of interlocking blocks, and hexagonal multi-layered interlocking blocks (10), which are adjacent to each other and different from each other, are connected to each other via the S-shaped connection sections (11) to be movable in the vertical direction. According to the present invention above, it is possible to semi-permanently maintain safety at the basic lower portions of the structure as the vertically interlocked blocks lower like a shutter to block caved-in spaces when the basic portions of the structure are caved in by waves or flowing water. The S-shaped connection sections, clearances between the connection sections, and the structure of the retaining wall in a stepped type, a type in which the center of gravity moves downward, a buttress type, a flowerbed type, a column hybrid type or the like are geometrically and structurally very safe so that damages due to natural disasters such as floods, tsunamis, earthquakes or the like may be effectively prevented. In addition, the blocks can simply be inserted and the wide spaces of the main bodies of the blocks may be used as planting spaces by filling gravel, sand, and soil in the spaces, so that not only construction time and costs can be largely reduced but also environment-friendly levees and retaining walls can be constructed.

Abrégé

The present invention relates to a multi-folded interlocking block, of which the inside surface and the outside surface are coupled with at least one or more hexagonal cylinder blocks (20) that are equally formed with S-shaped connection portions (23) in the longitudinal direction at each of the hexagonal surfaces (22) thereof. In addition, the interlocking block (10) has an outside surface (11) to be coupled with one or more hexagonal cylinder blocks (20) and S-shaped connection portions (12) for interlocking blocks are formed on the outside surface (11) in the longitudinal direction of the outside surface (11). The S-shaped connection portions (12) for interlocking blocks includes vertical protrusions (11a), which are protruded outwards with reference to the outside surface (11), and vertical grooves (11b), which are formed inwards with reference to the outside surface (11). When constructing a levee and a reservoir or a revetment using the above interlocking block (10), the structure may be integrally constructed due to the excellent engineering durability of a regular hexagon, the stability of step shape, wide space over 90%, the drain and ventilation functions, interlocking by the S-shaped connection portions (12) formed in the interlocking block (10), zigzag verticality, and horizontal engagement type assembling coupling. Particularly, it is possible to absorb and relieve earthquake shock by a clearance between the blocks and the flexible materials of the blocks, and reduces construction time when constructing a large-scaled structure.

Abrégé

The present invention relates to an ultra-high-speed, water-permeable block paving system for preventing floods, droughts, global warming, desertification and sea level rise and for restoring soil groundwater, and to a method of constructing therewith; wherein high-performance water-permeable paving blocks which are outstandingly water permeable are used in such a way that runoff water from a road and a wide area surrounding the road permeates below the paved surface, and building blocks are placed in layers so as to construct an assembled structure having a large retention and water storage capacity below the paved surface such that the runoff water which has permeated through is either dispersed by seeping into the ground and earth or is conveyed to a separate reservoir space where it is treated, and, more particularly, there are the advantageous effects of flood regulation, drought prevention, water resource preservation, sea level rise prevention and soil groundwater restoration, in that effects can be obtained whereby a considerable amount of water can also be stored and retained in spaces in the permeable blocks themselves, and not only rainfall falling onto the road but also rainwater running off the surrounding land can be collected through water drainage holes in the blocks laid on the road such that rainwater from a wide surface area of 2 to 100 times or more the area of the road can be stored and retained even on roads of a predetermined area if the built space per unit area is enlarged, and rainwater running off to the sea can be held in the ground, and oil, tire dust and various heavy metals can be trapped by pollution-removing mats provided on the bottoms of the surface block lower floors and on the ground so as to trap clean rainwater in the underground space.
