In response to the problem of poor heat-conducting property of traditional castables, the proportion of each basic raw material is scientifically adjusted, the nano carbon black powder, the carbon resin powder and the spherical asphalt are introduced for reasonable grading, and castable is supplemented by the carbon dispersing agent and a composite antioxidant, so that the heat conductivity of the molten iron trough castable is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the finished high-thermal-conductivity molten iron trough castable has good oxidation resistance, high-temperature strength, volume stability and anti-scouring properties. The service life of the molten iron trough may be greatly prolonged in cooperation with a cooling device, and economic benefits and environmental protection benefits of blast furnace iron making are improved.
