The method for manufacturing a cold drawing die for steel pipes comprises the following steps: collecting process parameters of a reference steel pipe in an actual cold-drawing manufacturing process; establishing a reference die simulation model on the basis of parameters of a reference die, and establishing a reference steel pipe simulation model on the basis of parameters of the reference steel pipe before cold drawing; meshing the reference steel pipe simulation model, and performing steel pipe cold-drawing finite element analysis to obtain a finite element basic model; and substituting initial parameters of a target die and initial parameters of a target steel pipe into the finite element basic model for performing cold-drawing finite element analysis, and improving the initial parameters of the target die by taking product quality parameters as an optimization target to obtain optimization parameters of the target die, thereby obtaining a simulation model of the target die. Compared with the demand for a large number of die trials in the prior art, the method for manufacturing a cold drawing die for steel pipes of the present disclosure can reduce production costs.
