Said stabilizer, by mass fraction, comprises the following components: 5.5–70.5% a water-soluble monomer; 10.4–83.1% an oil soluble monomer; 0–18.7% a multi-active group monomer; 0–5.2% a functional monomer; 0–15.0% a graft-modified monomer; 0.5–7.0% an emulsifier; and 0.01–2.0% an initiator, wherein the graft-modified monomer is a hydrophilic monomer and/or a hydrophilic group graft-modified monomer. Compared with current technology, a subsequent graft modification process has been added, a product has a yield value that is 1–5 times that of a same type of product on the market, has a stronger suspension capacity, and in a same formula, the amount of suspension stabilizer used can be reduced by 20–50%. Also, a compound formula reaches a transmittance of 97% or more, which is essentially completely transparent, and which is suitable for suspending a dispersed and highly transparent product, such as suspending petals, textured particles, etc., and adds aesthetic and sensory effects to the product.
