The present invention relates to an iron for straightening or curling hair. An iron according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a heating part; a roll brush mounted to surround the heating part and transferring heat generated by the heating unit; and a support part which supports the heating part and is detachably coupled to one end of the roll brush. The support part includes one or more magnets for the support part which are provided on one side facing the roll brush, and the roll brush includes one or more magnets for the roll brush which are provided at one end to face the magnets for the support part when the roll brush is combined with the support part, and have the same polarity as the magnets for the support part.
