A composite heat insulating lining includes an upper lining and a lower lining. The upper lining and the lower lining each include an inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, and the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer is configured to reduce the heat conductivity of the lining, thereby reducing heat loss. In addition, existing inorganic fiber materials are generally not resistant to high temperature. The composite heat insulating lining provided according to the present application is provided with a refractory coating on a surface of the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer to avoid direct heating of the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, thereby avoiding high temperature damage to the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, and improving the service life of the composite heat insulating lining. An ethylene cracking furnace is further provided according to the present application, which includes any one of the above composite heat insulating linings.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIBER LINING SURFACE OF ETHYLENE CRACKING FURNACE
A construction method of a fiber lining surface of an ethylene cracking furnace includes the following steps: S1, leveling the fiber lining surface; S2, wetting the leveled fiber lining surface; S3, rooting the wetted fiber lining surface; and S4, coating, before the fiber lining surface is dried, high-temperature paint to the fiber lining surface that has been rooted; and reserving multiple expansion sews on the fiber lining surface during the coating process. According to the construction method of the high-temperature paint for full fiber lining structure of the ethylene cracking furnace, the high-temperature paint is firmly bonded with the lining, and will not crack or fall off during use, protecting the full fiber lining by the coating and greatly extending the service life of the lining.
The present disclosure provides a high-temperature nano-composite coating and a preparation method thereof, and a small bag flexible packaging coating. The high-temperature nano-composite coating provided by the present disclosure controls the fiber length. Moreover, high-temperature reinforcing filler and high-temperature expansion filler are introduced, to make the coating have ultra-high strength at high temperature without cracks caused by shrinkage at high-temperature. In addition, nanopowder, high-temperature skeleton filler and other additives are introduced to make the coating be uniform and stable and reach a slurry state similar to toothpaste. There is no precipitation and stratification during the placement process. Small packaging can be realized to facilitate construction and operation. Besides, the coating has a good bonding to furnace lining, and will not fall off from the furnace lining, thereby prolonging the service life of the furnace lining.
An installation method of a refractory fiber integral module, includes: carrying out construction pretreatment, then welding an anchoring part to a furnace wall, and then laying a tiled layer along the furnace wall; then fixing the refractory fiber integral module neatly on a hot surface of the tiled layer by the anchoring part to form a refractory fiber prefabricated layer, and filling reserved gaps between the refractory fiber integral modules with compensation strips; finally checking the refractory fiber prefabricated layer, and repairing gaps whose width is greater than a preset width.
A full-fiber burner brick and a preparation method thereof, comprising mixing alumina crystal fiber and amorphous ceramic fiber with both of them being a combination of fibers of different lengths gradations, and moreover adding fine powder fillers of different particle size gradations and supplementing other additives. A method for mounting a refractory fiber integral module, which method comprises: first carrying out construction pre-treatment, then welding anchoring members on a furnace wall, and laying a tiling layer along the furnace wall; then neatly fixing refractory fiber integral modules on a hot surface of the tiling layer by means of the anchoring members so as to form a refractory fiber prefabricated layer, and filling reserved gaps between the refractory fiber integral modules by using compensation strips; and finally, inspecting the refractory fiber prefabricated layer, and repairing crevices having a width greater than a preset width. The tiling layer is laid on the furnace wall so that the inner side of the furnace wall can be made smooth, so as to ensure that the refractory fiber integral module is mounted on a smooth plane, and the risk of the refractory fiber integral module falling off is thus reduced. In addition, the reserved gaps are provided between the refractory fiber integral modules, and are filled using the compensation strips to remedy crevices generated by shrinkage of the refractory fiber integral modules. Finally, crevices in the refractory fiber prefabricated layer are filled, and since there are sufficient filling materials, the expansion force of the filling materials can prevent the refractory fiber integral module from cracking.
A full-fiber burner tile and a manufacturing method therefor. An aluminum oxide crystal fiber and an amorphous ceramic fiber are mixed and are combinations of fibers of different length gradations, and then fine powder fillers of different grain gradations and other additives are added, such that an internal structure of a product can be more uniform and consistent, the volumetric weight of the product is increased, the suction filtration property of a fiber cotton blank is also facilitated, the forming is facilitated, and the blank strength is improved. A coating is formed on the surface of a tile body, such that fiber cotton fibers of the tile body can be effectively protected, the temperature resistance of the tile body is improved, and the service life of the burner tile is prolonged.
A thermally-insulating composite lining comprises an upper lining and a lower lining, both of which comprise an inorganic fiber prefabricated layer. The inorganic fiber prefabricated layer can reduce the thermal conductivity coefficient of the lining, thereby reducing heat loss. In addition, since existing inorganic fiber materials are usually not resistant to high temperatures, the thermally-insulating composite lining provided by the present application is provided with a refractory coating on the surface of the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, so as to prevent the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer from being directly heated; thereby avoiding high temperature damage of the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, and improving the service life of the thermally-insulating composite lining. The present application further provides an ethylene cracking furnace, comprising any of the foregoing thermally-insulating composite linings.
The present invention provides a high-temperature-resistant nano composite coating and a preparation method therefor, and a small-bag flexible packaged coating. In the high-temperature-resistant nano composite coating provided by the present invention, the fiber length is controlled, and a high-temperature-resistant reinforcing filler and a high-temperature-resistant expansion filler are introduced, so that the high-temperature-resistant nano composite coating has ultrahigh strength at a high temperature and cannot generate cracks due to high-temperature shrinkage; moreover, nano-powder, a high-temperature-resistant frame filler, and other additives are introduced, so that the coating reaches a uniform and stable state similar to a slurry state of toothpaste, precipitation and layering cannot occur in a placement process, a small-bag packaging mode can be achieved, and the operation is convenient; furthermore, the coating has good bonding to a furnace liner, and cannot fall off from the furnace liner, thereby prolonging the service life of the furnace liner.
