The present invention has a simple structure, and uses a structure with externally disposed springs, in which the main spring is provided between the upper pump rod and the locking cover, and the auxiliary spring is further provided between the upper pump rod and the suction plug, resulting in a high pump lift speed and a stable spraying amount. In addition, the lower pump rod passes through the locking cover and is connected to the upper pump rod, and the lower pump rod is provided with the liquid inlet which can be in communication with a suction channel, resulting in convenient assembly and a good suction effect.
