An oil applying device for adjusting fiber diameter uniformity, comprising an oil applying roller body (1), the middle of the oil applying roller body (1) being provided with a raised structure (9), and the raised structure (9) being arranged around the outer wall of the oil applying roller body (1). The present application can adjust the consistency of speed of individual threads by means of the raised structure, so that the diameter uniformity of fibers distributed on the oil applying roller is effectively adjusted, the difference between the diameters of fibers distributed in the middle and on two edges of the oil applying roller is reduced, the dispersion degree of the fiber diameters is reduced and the stability thereof is improved. Compared with a conventional oil applying device, the present application can properly increase the full bobbin rate and increase wire drawing continuity.
