The loss film (R) is preheated at a softening temperature of the loss film (R) prior to twisting the loss film (R) while stretching it.

In the method, before the twisting of the loss films (R) while stretching the loss films (R), the loss films (R) are pre-heated at the softening temperature of the loss films (R).
