The radiating antenna (5) has an electromagnetic horn (4) and a waveguide (8) having the same opening as the electromagnetic horn (4). The electromagnetic horn (4) and the waveguide (8) are arranged near to each other and in alignment with the radiation axis (12) of the electromagnetic horn (4). The electromagnetic wave radiated from the electromagnetic horn (4) is guided into the waveguide (8), and the guided electromagnetic wave is radiated toward the device (2) under test.
