The purpose of the present invention is to provide a packaging body for accommodating a fluid, the packaging body having a double structure comprising inner and outer parts and having a novel structure in which a check valve made from a sheet is provided within the packaging body and the degree of freedom in designing the packaging body is increased. This invention is a bag-shaped container provided with a storage part (11) for storing fluid content, a valve part (12), a channel part (14), and an exit part (18). The valve part (12) is a check valve that is changed, by the movement of valve sheets (34 (35, 36)), between an open state in which the content is allowed to exit and a closed state in which the inflow of the fluid is prevented. There are provided two, i.e., front and rear, outer sheets (31 (32, 33)) constituting an outer bag, and the valve sheets (34 (35, 36)) are disposed on the inside thereof. The valve sheets extend in the upstream direction from the valve part (12), and constitute at least a part of the outer wall of the storage part (11).
