Sequentially presenting each step of the plurality of steps includes presenting the step via at least one of a visual output and an auditory output of a computing device associated with the user and determining that the step was completed based on an input received at the computing device. The method further includes updating a record associated with the item in at least one database to identify that the item was cleaned.
