A method and a system for monitoring a spatial area in a personnel interlock are provided. Image data are acquired which represent a plurality of depth images of the spatial area which have been acquired simultaneously and from different positions in the area of the personnel interlock, in each case by a respective 3D image sensor arranged at the corresponding position. For each of the depth images, an associated characteristic depth image value is calculated. A total image value is obtained by combining the characteristic depth image values of the various depth images in accordance with a predetermined monotonic combination rule. An estimation result for the probability that more than one person is present in the spatial area is then determined.

A method for producing a transponder comprises the following steps: providing an at least double-layered first carrier substrate having a front side and a rear side; pressing the first carrier substrate against a printing forme with a patterned relief of an antenna circuit; structuring the antenna circuit having at least one antenna circuit end from an electrically conducting layer on the front side of the first carrier substrate, wherein, for forming the antenna circuit, portions of the layer that form an electrical conduction path remain countersunk in the patterned relief of the printing forme and protected from material removal; providing a second carrier substrate having a front side and a rear side, equipping the front side of the second carrier substrate with an electrical device having two ends of electrodes in one or more steps; wherein the electrical device comprises a semiconductor chip; connecting the front side of the first carrier substrate to the front side of the second carrier substrate in such a way that the ends of the electrodes of the electrical device are electrically connected to ends of the antenna circuit, and consequently create a transponder, with at the same time lamination of the front sides of the first and second carrier substrates to form a transponder.

An apparatus for positioning and transmitting electronic components which are provided on a substrate comprises a support for positioning the substrate which rests on the support. The image data recording device is designed to record image data for determining the position of the electronic components through the passage opening and making them available to a control unit. An output device is provided for acting on the substrate in an operating direction through the passage opening. The control unit is designed to position the electronic component, which is to be transmitted, relative to the passage opening depending on the recorded image data.
