The present invention relates to a composite steel beam manufactured by T-type steel, to inverse T-type steel installed at both ends of the T-type steel, and to a vertical stiffener installed at the inverse T-type steel. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite beam using T-type steel and to a method for constructing a structure using same, which can reduce the consumption of steel and minimize the weight of the beam as compared to a steel composite beam having the same cross-section and depth, and which can be used to design the cross-section of a composite beam in an efficient and economically advantageous manner by employing a prestressed tendon, and which enables the easy connection of pillars, and which is relatively lightweight to enable efficient construction, easy management, and the convenient construction of a ceiling and finishing facilities. Further, the present invention has a pair of angle stiffeners opposite one another at the lower end of the middle part of T-type steel to form a lower tension flange and prevent a cut portion of a honeycomb-structured beam from being bent, thus reducing the number of PC cross-sections and tendons, increase an allowable compressive stress, supplement the compression transfer surface of the honeycomb part to reduce the possibility of lamellar tearing, ensure a vertical integrity with PC cross-sections as well as safety, and accomplish a stress transfer in the transverse direction to achieve structural stability.
