A method of detecting a chemokine protein with a C-X-C or a C-C structural motif such as CXCL13 and CCL21 conjugated to antibodies thereto labelled with a fluorescent label in a solution is also provided. The method comprises the following steps: providing a test substrate comprising an elongate nitro cellulose membrane.
