Disclosed is a novel means capable of detecting with sufficiently high accuracy only monocytogenes bacteria by distinguishing the monocytogenes bacteria from other Listeria species. The present inventors keenly analyzed the genome of monocytogenes bacteria and identified two genes (lmo0084 gene, lmo2736 gene) as a target region which can specifically detect monocytogenes by using the nucleic acid amplification method to distinguish the monocytogenes bacteria from other Listeria species. Furthermore, the present inventors more keenly investigated the base sequences of these two genes, identified a primer setting region which specifically detects only monocytogenes bacteria with high accuracy, and thereby established specific examples for a preferable PCR primer set, a LAMP primer set, and a primer/probe set for real-time PCR.

Disclosed is a novel means enabling the mass-production of highly safe fibrinogens at a low cost. A transgenic silkworm according to the present invention expresses the Aα chain, Bβ chain and γ chain subunits of a fibrinogen in silk gland cells and produces fibrinogens that exhibit a coagulatory activity in silk. Preferably, the transgenic silkworm expresses the subunits in middle silk gland cells, and produces the fibrinogen in the sericin layer of the silk. It is possible to mass-produce highly-safe fibrinogens at a low cost by recovering the fibrinogens from a transgenic silkworm according to the present invention.

Analysis is made on the structure of a sugar chain in a glycoprotein produced by a transgenic silkworm to examine the structure of the sugar chain in the glycoprotein.
