Abstract
The present invention provides a sole contact body for footwear such as a shoe, an athletic shoe, or a sandal. The sole contact body comprises a raised part which is configured to contact each of the second, third and fourth toes to lift the metatarsophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal joint positions thereof, and which is configured to fit between the first and fifth toes so as not to lift the first and fifth toes throughout the entire lengths thereof. The raised part is configured to have a first toe-side stepped surface that touches the side of the first toe closer to the tip of the first toe than the metatarsophalangeal joint position thereof, and a fifth toe-side stepped surface that touches the side of the fifth toe closer to the tip of the fifth toe than the metatarsophalangeal joint position thereof.

Abstract
This nail shape retention tool is for use on a pincer nail after correction applied thereto and comprises: a first part, one end of which is equipped with a hooking portion to be hooked on one of the right and left lateral edges of a nail; and a second part, one end of which is equipped with a hooking portion to be hooked on the other lateral edge of the nail. The first part and the second part are configured to be unified while keeping constant the distance between the hooking portion of the first part and the hooking portion of the second part when a to-be-engaged portion formed on a lateral side of the second part is brought into engagement with an engaging portion formed on a lateral side of the first part. The engaging portion and the to-be-engaged portion are each formed to have a serrated cross-section along the lengthwise direction thereof so that engagement takes place when teeth of either the engaging portion or the to-be-engaged portion are accommodated in a complementary fashion between teeth of the other.

Abstract
This mimetic muscle training method is characterized in that: a massage roller is prepared which is obtained by providing, to a roller circumferential surface of a roller base formed from a material which does not elastically deform, said roller circumferential surface being made to substantially follow the spherical surface of a virtual sphere, a plurality of elastic ridges which continue in a direction along the rotational axis of the roller base, said elastic ridges being provided such that intervals are provided between adjacent elastic ridges in the rotation direction of the roller base; and the massage roller is moved back and forth along the continuation direction of a mimetic muscle to be trained, while the mimetic muscle is in a contracted state, and a portion of the mimetic muscle located at one end is being pressed to exert an external force on the mimetic muscle in the opposite direction to the contraction direction.

Abstract
Provide a correcting device capable of being placed onto a nail without applying an excessive force to the nail or of being properly applicable for correcting nails having different sizes.
The correcting device includes a left arm and a right arm, each having an engageable part disposed on a free end so as to be engageable with a side edge of a nail; and a fulcrum member disposed between the left and right arms and having a lower end serving as an abutting part for contact with the nail. The fulcrum member includes a shaft part combined with the base member so as to be vertically movable with respect to the base member by screw movement, a movable member combined with the shaft part so as to be vertically movable with respect to the shaft part and having the abutting part under the shaft part, and an urging member interposed between the shaft part and the movable member so as to urge the movable member. The abutting part extends in left and right directions and has projections disposed on left and right edges such that the projections are adapted to be abutted against the nail while the abutting part is not abutted against the nail between the left and right projections.

Abstract
An objective of the present invention is to provide a correction instrument which is mountable without imparting excess force to a nail, and which is appropriately usable for respective correction of nails with different measurements. Provided is a pincer nail correction instrument, comprising: a left-side arm and a right-side arm, further comprising hook parts upon free ends thereof onto the lateral edge parts of a nail; and a fulcrum member between the left-side arm and the right-side arm with lower end parts as contact parts with respect to the nail. The fulcrum member further comprises: an axle which is combined to be vertically threadably extendable and retractable with respect to a base; a movable body which is vertically movably combined with the axle and which disposes the contact parts below the axle; and an impelling member which is interposed between the movable body and the axle with respect to the movable body. The contact member extends to the left and right, and further comprises protrusion parts respectively on the left end and the right end. The contact member makes contact with the nail via the protrusion parts, and does not make contact with the nail between the left and right protrusion parts.
