Abstract
The invention provides a long acting curcumin derivative, preparation method and pharmaceutical use thereof, wherein said long acting curcumin derivative having the general structural formula disclosed herein, wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen or methoxyl; R3 and R4 are each independently selected from C1-C50 alkyl. Compared with cuminoids, the inventive long acting curcumin derivative has a better release effect, a higher bioavailability and pharmaceutical activity, and thus can be useful for the treatment of diseases such as depression and cancer.

Abstract
A simple method of introducing magnetic particles into macromolecule to produce magnetic macromolecule. The method is characterized by using the macromolecule, which has an ability of adsorbing both of the trivalent iron ions (Fe3+) and other bivalent metal ions (M2+). At first, allow the macromolecule to absorb trivalent iron ions (Fe3+) and then adding alkali immediately, and secondly also, the macromolecule absorbs other bivalent metal ions (M2+) and then adding alkali immediately. As a result, the hydrous oxides of trivalent iron ions and the hydrous oxides of bivalent metal ions are both produced inside of the macromolecule successively. Then a heating treatment is performed, so that the hydrous oxides of trivalent iron ions and the hydrous oxides of bivalent metal ions are converted to a magnetic particles of MFexOy, wherein M may be Fe2+, Zn2+, Mg2+, Cu2+, Ca2+, Ba2+, Sr2+, Ni2+, Co2+ or Mn2+ and the like, and x = 1.0-2.0; and y = 3.0-4.0. Comparing to the method of the prior art, the method of the present invention is simpler and has broader field of application and can be operated more easily.
