Abstract

The invention relates to a device for assisting at least one movement of a user's wrist remarkable in that it comprises: - a forearm shell (2) configured to be worn on the user's forearm; - a hand shell (1) configured to be worn around the palm of the hand of the forearm; - at least one sensor (50) positioned to detect and quantify at least one wrist rotation movement according to a determined plane, the sensor (50) being able to transmit movement information to a control unit (51) connected to the sensor (50); - at least one linear actuator (30) positioned in the determined plane and attached, on the one hand, to the forearm shell (2) and, on the other hand, to the hand shell (1); the linear actuator (30) being capable of moving, by being actuated by the control unit (51) in response to the movement information transmitted by the sensor (50), from an extended position to a shortened position, thus driving the hand shell (1) in a rotational movement along the determined plane so as to assist the movement of the wrist.

Abstract
