Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of biochar preparation. Disclosed are mesoporous biochar, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing and sieving biomass straw, then adding same to water, stirring same until uniform, then putting same into a reaction kettle, subjecting same to a hydrothermal reaction pretreatment, immediately cooling same to room temperature after the hydrothermal reaction is finished, and performing filtration, washing and drying, so as to obtain a precursor; and S2, placing the precursor in a container, carbonizing same at 400-600ºC in a protective gas atmosphere, cooling same to room temperature after carbonization is finished, and washing and drying same, so to obtain biomass-based mesoporous biochar. In the present invention, a hydrothermal reaction is used as a pretreatment method to hydrolyze cellulose and hemicellulose, thereby obtaining a biomass precursor rich in lignin; and a pyrolysis carbonization method is then utilized to convert the precursor into biochar, thereby obtaining biochar with a uniform mesoporous structure.

Provided is a method for evaluating waterlogging tolerance of wild soybeans, which comprises: carrying out flooding stress treatment on a preset number of wild soybeans; carrying out determination on the treated wild soybeans according to items to obtain a determination result; and evaluating waterlogging tolerance of the wild soybeans on the basis of the determination result. The flooding stress treatment is carried out on the wild soybeans in different habitats, determination and comparison are carried out with respect to the indexes such as plant height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf number, lateral root number, root-shoot ratio, SOD, POD, CAT, MDA, Pro, and root structure of the wild soybeans, and comprehensive evaluation and classification of waterlogging tolerance are employed, so that wild soybean germplasm resources with strong waterlogging tolerance are expected to be screened out, thereby providing a theoretical basis for breeding of waterlogging-tolerant varieties of cultivated soybeans.

Disclosed in the present invention are a composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, which belongs to the technical field of photocatalysts. The composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst is prepared by loading a microbial agent on the surface of a titanium dioxide precursor, wherein the dosage of the microbial agent is 1%-3% of the mass of the titanium dioxide precursor, and the microbial agent is a mixture of Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus subtilis. In the present invention, different microorganisms are compounded and loaded on the surface of titanium dioxide, which enables the adsorption capacity of titanium dioxide to be enhanced, so that the photocatalytic performance of the composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst in the photocatalytic degradation of organic wastewater is effectively improved.

A method for rapidly measuring content of berberine in Phellodendri Amurensis cortex, comprising: weighing a sample, drying and pretreating same, then preparing powder, preparing a Phellodendri Amurensis cortex leachate by means of the Phellodendri Amurensis cortex powder, preparing a Phellodendri Amurensis cortex measurement sample solution by means of the Phellodendri Amurensis cortex leachate, adding the sample solution into an aluminum oxide column, eluting, measuring absorbance by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and according to the absorbance, calculating the content of berberine. According to the present invention, by drying and pretreating a weighed bark sample of Phellodendron Amurense Rupr. in a relatively closed constant-temperature environment, grinding the bark sample into powder by using an ultrafine grinding mill, then preparing the powdery sample into a Phellodendri Amurensis cortex measurement solution, measuring the ultraviolet absorbance of the Phellodendri Amurensis cortex measurement solution by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and calculating the content of berberine according to the ultraviolet absorbance, the whole measurement process is simple to operate, the consumed time is relatively small, the measurement efficiency is improved to a certain extent compared with existing measurement methods, and the loss of berberine in the sample can be effectively avoided in the measurement process, thereby ensuring the measurement accuracy of berberine.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of bamboo leaf extracts, and disclosed are a method for extracting flavone from bamboo leaves and a use thereof. The method for extracting flavone from bamboo leaves comprises: (1) extraction of bamboo leaf flavone: cleaning, drying and crushing bamboo leaves, then adding weakly alkaline water, uniformly stirring, heating, filtering, and adjusting the pH value of a filtrate to neutral; (2) pretreatment of an adsorption resin: adding a resin and an ethanol solution into an adsorption column, and soaking; an ethanol solution passing through the column, then water passing through the column; hydrochloric acid passing through the column, then water passing through the column; a sodium hydroxide solution passing through the column, then water passing through the column to obtain an adsorption resin column; and (3) separation of bamboo leaf flavone: enabling the filtrate to pass through the adsorption resin column, then eluting by using an ethanol solution, and collecting an eluent to obtain bamboo leaf flavone. The method for extracting flavone from bamboo leaves provided by the present invention reduces the loss of flavone in bamboo leaves during extraction, effectively improves the total amount of extracted bamboo leaf flavone, and further reduces the production costs of bamboo leaf flavone.

The corrosion-resistant coating of the rice seeder is used for improving the corrosion resistance of the rice seeder and prolonging the service life of the rice seeder.

Abstract

An intelligent garbage sorting device, relating to the technical field of garbage sorting. The intelligent garbage sorting device comprises a housing (1), a feeding port (2), a conveying device (3), a first stepping motor (4), a roller, and a control system. The housing (1) is arranged on the ground; the feeding port (2) is formed at a position close to the top and on a side wall of the housing (1); the first stepping motor (4) is mounted on the housing (1); the roller is mounted on an output shaft of the first stepping motor (4); the conveying device (3) is mounted on the roller and located at the feeding port (2); the sorting device is arranged on the housing (1); the sorting device is used for carrying out secondary sorting on waste paper garbage in recyclable garbage. Waste paper garbage needing secondary sorting is screened and sorted by means of the sorting device, and the paper is sorted step by step by means of volume screening, air blowing, water solubility and viscosity according to characteristics of the paper, and then recycled, making subsequent treatment work more accurate, quick and effective, reducing the workload of sorting personnel, and improving the overall working efficiency.

Abstract

A porous carbon nanofiber material having parallel pore channel structures, wherein the porous carbon nanofibers have a diameter of 50 nm, and have through hole structures which are parallel to the fibers and are arranged in the form of an array; and the porous carbon nanofibers are prepared by dissolving cobalt acetate, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polystyrene (PS) in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) to form a spinning solution, followed by electrostatic spinning, and then subjecting same to high-temperature carbonization. The porous carbon nanofiber material having array-shaped pore channel structures that are arranged in parallel, which is prepared by using the method of the present invention, has a diameter of about 50 nm. When being used as a positive electrode material of a potassium-ion battery, the porous carbon nanofiber material has good ionic conductivity and an ultra-long battery life; and when the current density is 0.2 A g-1, the capacity is 309 mA g-1, the reversible capacity is 285 mA h g-1after 100 cycles, and the reversible capacity is 252 mA h g-1 after 3000 cycles.

Abstract

A method for preparing biological nano-selenium using Bacillus. sp HZ3, particularly relating to the technical field of microorganism application. The selected and cultured Bacillus. sp HZ3 can efficiently reduce sodium selenite to produce selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs). The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) culturing high-efficiency sodium selenite-reducing microorganisms; (2) adding an inducer; (3) adding sodium selenite; (4) carrying out induction culture; and (5) separating and extracting the biological nano-selenium. The beneficial effects are as follows: according to the characteristics of Bacillus. sp HZ3 in reducing sodium selenite, an inducer that helps to enhance the extracellular efflux of nano-selenium is added during the culture process; by means of combining low-temperature induction culture and normal-temperature culture, the extracellular synthesis efficiency of nano-selenium is maximized.

In the method for prolonging the storage period of egg masses of Telenomus remus Nixon, the raw materials are formed into a semi-solid material, and egg masses are placed inside same. The semi-solid material has a good cold absorption property, can cooperatively maintain an internal low-temperature state, and can prolong the incubation time of the egg masses. Abstract

A traditional Chinese medicine formula additive for promoting fattening of mutton sheep, and a preparation method for same. The method comprises the following steps: drying fructus crataegi, agastache rugosus, malt, radix astragali, poria, cortex albiziae, radix puerariae, dandelion, and herba violae, then mixing and crushing to obtain mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder; air drying loofah slices, then crushing, washing, and drying same at 50-70°C, then adding the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder, fully stirring, and spraying a chitosan aqueous solution onto the surface, and scooping and lightly rolling same by hand for separation into round masses; rotary-pelletizing said round masses, discharging pellets, then drying until the water content of the pellets is 2-4wt%, and sieving to obtain the pellets; adding fumaric acid and lactic acid into distillers grains and uniformly stirring, adding collagen and sodium alginate and uniformly stirring, shearing, shower spraying same onto the pellets, drying, then sieving to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine formula additive for promoting fattening of mutton sheep.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of goose breeding. Disclosed is a cage-free goose egg production performance recording system, comprising an egg laying box, an egg collecting box, an ID card reader, an ID card sleeved on a goose body or an implantable RFID chip, and a controller; one side of the egg laying box is provided with an opening/closing door. The outer wall of the egg laying box is further mounted with the ID card reader to read ID card information on the goose body. In the present invention, a monitoring device using radio frequency identification technology combined with various sensors can achieve automatic recording of egg laying quantity information of each female goose wearing an ID card, and can collect and process data of the egg laying period and the egg weight, thereby achieving automated work, reducing manual recording costs, and facilitating data support for subsequent breeding of high-yielding geese. Further, in the present invention, automated collection of goose eggs is achieved, and measuring, conveying, cleaning and code spray marking of goose eggs are completed. The degree of automation is high, the working efficiency is improved, manual operation is not needed, and manpower and material resources are saved.

Disclosed is an environmentally friendly erosion-resistant electric melting glass kiln furnace, comprising a kiln furnace body. In the present kiln furnace, the heating electrodes melt the raw material in a melting tank into molten glass, which is highly effective and environmentally friendly. Abstract

Disclosed are an efficient and environmentally-friendly fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: thoroughly grinding and mixing sodium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium hydrogencarbonate, and a pulverization aid; adding white carbon black, and thoroughly grinding and mixing the mixture; and adding silicone oil, stirring the same while heating, and maintaining a constant temperature for a period of time to obtain a silicone oil film-coated white carbon black fire extinguishing agent. The fire extinguishing agent prepared by the method has remarkably improved fire extinguishing performance and excellent fire extinguishing effects, with a fire extinguishing efficiency double that of conventional dry powder fire extinguishing agents or greater, and is superior to other fire extinguishing agents currently on the market in moisture proof, anti-caking, and anti-afterburning properties, and environmental friendliness. The fire extinguishing agent balances high fire extinguishing efficiency, a wide application range, environmental protection, and economic benefits, and has good market potential and development prospects.
