A spatio-temporal variation monitoring method for SPAD of winter wheat, relating to the technical field of crop monitoring. The monitoring method comprises: a multispectral sensor of an unmanned aerial vehicle acquiring canopy images of winter wheat in a heading stage, a flowering stage, and a late grain-filling stage; extracting from multispectral images spectral features based on the canopy reflectance of winter wheat and texture features based on a graylevel co-occurrence matrix; using a feature selection policy to preferably select sensitive remote-sensing features; and applying a feature fusion policy and an SVR algorithm to construct a winter-wheat SPAD estimation model. Spectral features combining a near-infrared band with other bands can fully capture the spectral difference in SPAD of winter wheat in a reproductive growth stage, and texture features in a red-light band and the near-infrared band are relatively sensitive to the SPAD of winter wheat. The stability and estimation accuracy of an SPAD model constructed by applying a feature selection policy and a feature fusion policy are both superior to those of a model applying a feature policy alone and a model not applying any policy.

An apparatus and method for preparing biochar by means of ultrasonic vibration. The apparatus comprises: a base (1), a mold (2), a loading member (3), an ultrasonic assembly (4) and an energy transmission member (5). Under the action of a pressure wave generated from an ultrasonic wave under high-frequency driving and the action of a relatively large pressure load applied by the loading member (3), heat can be generated to carbonize biomass particles; in this process, the ultrasonic frequency is relatively high and the pressure load is relatively large, and therefore the carbonization efficiency is relatively high, and no conventional complex heating carbonization device is used; moreover, the energy transmission member (5) closes an opening of the mold (2) and tightly abuts against the biomass particles, and therefore it is also unnecessary to add a protective gas to achieve a protective atmosphere, thereby solving the problems of complex device structures, low efficiency and excess by-products in conventional carbonization techniques; and there is also no need for the protective atmosphere required by a microwave carbonization technique, such that a device can be further simplified and the efficiency can be further improved.

The locating system comprises a releasing box, wherein a connector is connected in the middle of a top surface of the releasing box, a slidable releasing cover is connected in an inner cavity of the releasing box by means of a spring, and the releasing cover divides the inner cavity of the releasing box into an upper cavity and a lower cavity; and the lower cavity is used for storing the Telenomus remus nixon, and the releasing cover is used for adjusting the volume of the lower cavity. In the present invention, the releasing cover is arranged in the releasing box, such that the releasing cover slides downwards along an inner wall of the releasing box, so as to gradually reduce the volume of the lower cavity; and as the volume of the lower cavity is gradually reduced, the Telenomus remus nixon fly out of the releasing box within less time due to the living space becoming smaller. Therefore, the time for the Telenomus remus nixon to fly out of the releasing box is reduced by means of the arrangement of the releasing cover, and the Telenomus remus nixon can thus fly out of the wasp releasing box in a short time; moreover, the Telenomus remus nixon are also distributed more uniformly.
