METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A RECEPTACLE-SHAPED BISCUIT
The present invention relates to a receptacle that can contain a hot beverage, which is entirely watertight and resistant to the heat of the liquid, and intended for being eaten after drinking the beverage. Said receptacle is entirely edible. It is available in a plurality of versions: inside entirely covered with chocolate, only the bottom covered with chocolate or without chocolate. A container such as a cup made of biscuit is formed by stamping after cooking the dough. The assembly is made watertight by spraying and then baking a solution comprising, in particular, a layer of ovalbumin.
