Abstract

A pyrolysis device for a solid hydrocarbon raw material and a process method of the pyrolysis device, which relate to a pyrolysis device and a process method therefor. A tubular pyrolysis reactor of the device is composed of one or more tubular pyrolysis reactors that are arranged in a tubular manner, and a heated section of the tubular pyrolysis reactor is arranged in a heating chamber; the pyrolysis gas obtained from raw material pyrolysis or an externally supplied fuel gas is combusted in the heating chamber in a heat storage combustion mode, so as to provide heat for a pyrolytic reaction. A gas collection internal component is arranged in the center of each tubular pyrolysis reactor, and pyrolysis gas-phase products are regulated and controlled to radially flow through a moving particle bed so as to achieve in-situ filtering dust removal and selective cracking upgrading, such that the problems of pyrolysis oil obtained by means of an existing pyrolysis technology having poor quality (high heavy component content and large dust content) and a low oil yield are solved. The present invention shows the advantage of easy industrial amplification, achieves large-scale use of an industrial reactor and pyrolysis technology by using a method for amplifying the number of pyrolysis units, and solves the problems of the amplifying difficulty of the existing pyrolysis technology, increased operation difficulty of the industrial reactor, reduced operation effects, etc.

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for preparing dimethyl carbonate, comprising the following steps: contacting a raw material containing ethylene carbonate and methanol with a catalyst, and reacting to obtain the dimethyl carbonate. The catalyst comprises an ionic liquid. The ionic liquid comprises an anion and a cation. The cation has the structure represented by formula I or formula II. According to the method for preparing dimethyl carbonate, a series of strongly basic ionic liquids developed for transesterification of ethylene carbonate and methanol are synthesized into dimethyl carbonate and ethylene glycol, and show extremely high reactivity. Even a catalyst having the content of 0.3 wt% can reach reaction equilibrium after reacting for 5 min at 68-70ºC, and has a certain catalytic activity even at 0ºC.

Abstract

The present application discloses a homogeneous catalyst. The homogeneous catalyst comprises an ionic liquid comprising anions and cations; wherein the anion and the cation both contain a nitrogen-containing heterocycle, the cation has a structure represented by formula I or II, and the anion has a structure represented by formula III, IV or V. Also disclosed is a heterogeneous catalyst containing the homogeneous catalyst, a preparation method for the homogeneous catalyst and heterogeneous catalyst and a use thereof. The homogeneous catalyst and heterogeneous catalyst are used in a transesterification reaction of dimethyl carbonate with ethanol, dimethyl carbonate with diethyl carbonate, and methanol with diethyl carbonate to synthesize a high-purity methyl ethyl carbonate product. The homogeneous catalyst and heterogeneous catalyst show an extremely high reaction activity, i.e. reaction equilibrium can be reached after reaction for 5 min at 76-78ºC, and same show a high catalytic activity even at a near room temperature (30ºC) condition. The catalytic activity of the synthesized ionic liquid basically remains unchanged after being reused 20 times, showing a high stability.

Disclosed is a meta-diamide compound and an application thereof. The structure of the compound is represented by general formula I. The definition of each substituent in the formula is provided in the specification. The compound represented by general formula I has a novel structure and excellent insecticidal activity, and can effectively prevent damage by pests such as armyworms, beet armyworms, diamondback moths, striped rice stemborers, etc. at lower doses. The compound represented by general formula I also has unexpectedly high quick-acting insecticidal ability, fast onset, and can achieve high insecticidal activity after 1 day of application and extremely high insecticidal activity within 3 days, thereby having broad application prospects.

Abstract

A fluidized bed two-stage gasification and flash light calcined magnesite integration process, wherein a fuel is dried/pyrolyzed or partially gasified in a pyrolyzer; a product of the pyrolyzer is continually gasified in a gasifier, and then dust is filtered to produce a clean fuel gas; the fuel gas is burned in a burner to generate a hot flue gas to rapidly calcine magnesite; gas-solid separation is performed on the calcined product; the light calcined magnesium product subjected to a cooling treatment is delivered to a storage tank; and the flue gas subjected to a calcination treatment traverses a flue gas heat exchange system to preheat magnesite powder and air required for a reaction. The described process has a high integration degree, high thermal efficiency, a continuous and stable process, no coal gasification waste water, and high product activity and uniform quality.

Abstract

Provided is a calcium carbonate/calcium hydrate-gypsum wet desulphurization and dedusting process for flue gas. In the process, water as a desulphurizing agent is brought into contact with raw flue gas to accomplish desulphurization and dedusting, and the purified flue gas exchanges heat with the raw flue gas and is then discharged out from a chimney (3); the aqueous acid-containing solution after the desulphurization is separated from acidic ash; an aqueous sulphur-containing solution and a calcium carbonate or calcium hydrate slurry are subjected to a neutralization reaction to form calcium sulphite and calcium sulphate; the neutralization solution and oxygen (air) are subjected to an oxidation reaction to convert the calcium sulphite into calcium sulphate; and the oxidation solution is dehydrated to obtain a high-quality gypsum, and reclaimed water obtained by treating waste water is recycled as the desulphurizing agent, formulated into a calcium carbonate or calcium hydrate slurry or discharged out. A desulphurization and dedusting device (2) is free of scaling, wearing and nozzle clogging.
