The invention relates to a scraper (1) including means (4) for spraying onto a surface through a hole (41) and a scraper body (5) with a resilient scraping element (6) having an edge (7) that is used to scrape a smooth surface. The invention is characterised in that, close to a face (9) of the scraping element (6), the body (5) includes liquid-collection means (10) on a substrate (11) which can absorb residual liquid and is connected to a pipe (20), said liquid-collection means including an end surface (40) that can come into contact with the aforementioned face (9). The invention also relates to a household appliance including one such scraper (1).
