Abstract
The present invention relates to a ferritin nanocage fused with a LAG3 binding peptide and use thereof as an anticancer immunotherapeutic agent, in which, by respectively fusing peptides that bind to immune checkpoint receptor LAG3 (LAG3pep1: CIRNDPAVC and LAG3pep2: CSVLNASGC) to loops protruding from the surface of human ferritin to form a cage, a nanocage in which 24 LAG3 binding peptides are displayed was produced. The nanocage of the present invention increased immune activity by specifically binding to LAG3 receptors and blocking LAG3, and exhibited an anticancer effect by effectively targeting brain cancer tissues through BBB. In addition, an immune checkpoint blocking nanocage in which an LAG3 binding peptide and a PD-L1 binding peptide are fused together specifically binds to each receptor, thereby exhibiting a bifunctional immune checkpoint blocking effect. Therefore, the nanocage technology of the present invention is expected as a next-generation drug that overcomes the limitations of immune checkpoint blocking therapy using antibodies.

The present invention relates to peptides binding to LAG-3 and a use thereof in cancer immunotherapy and anticancer applications. The peptides of the present invention specifically bind to and inhibit LAG-3, thereby activating the function of immune cells against cancer cells and exhibiting anticancer effects. Using phage peptide display technology targeting cells with high expression of human LAG-3 protein, two peptides, LAG-3Pep-1 and LAG-3Pep-2, which were found to highly bind to the protein, were selected as the peptides of the present invention. These peptides were confirmed to bind to both human and mouse LAG-3 and inhibit its function. The peptides of the present invention showed effects similar to those of antibodies and were relatively stable in the bloodstream, indicating high potential as future cancer immunotherapeutics.

Abstract
The present invention relates to use of an odorant receptor for suppressing the lactate-induced M2-type differentiation of tumor-associated macrophages and tumor growth. In particular, the inventors of the present invention assumed that lactate-activated OR Olfr78 would function as a macrophage lactate sensor, and confirmed whether Olfr78 on bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) detect tumor-derived lactate and lactate-induced M2 polarization. The inventors of the present invention attempted to identify factors detected by Olfr78 in tumor conditioned media (TCM), and discovered that lactate in TCM and acetic acid under some conditions are major factors involved in Olfr78-mediated generation of tumor-friendly M2-TAMs. Finally, it was found that Olfr78 deficiency inhibited tumor progression and metastasis and improved antitumor immunity in vivo (in vivo). According to the present invention, Olfr78-lactate interaction plays a major role in tumor progression, and thus, targeting of the Olfr78-lactate axis can be effectively used in targeted cancer therapy.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases comprising a COX2 acetylating agent as an active ingredient and, more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases comprising, as an active ingredient, a COX2 acetylating agent which exhibits an effect of inhibiting the deposition of amyloid-β in brain neurons, reducing excessive neuroinflammatory responses, and increasing the phagocytosis of amyloid-β in microglial cells. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases comprising the COX2 acetylating agent as an active ingredient has the effects of alleviating neuroinflammation by promoting COX2 acetylation in neurons and secreting specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) and thus, can be very useful in the development of a preventive or therapeutic agent for neurodegenerative diseases.

Abstract
A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly capsule includes: disposing a water phase material containing chitosan at a first site, and disposing an oil phase material at a second site and a third site, on a microfluidic chip; moving the water phase material and the oil phase material to a reaction site according to a predetermined flow ratio to produce an emulsion containing droplets having a predetermined diameter; mixing the emulsion with a water phase solution in a mixing tank; and producing chitosan beads by the reaction of the emulsion with the water phase solution.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for treating a cancer disease, comprising an extracellular vesicle derived from natural killer cells with surface expression of cytokine and an antibody. By expressing IL-15 and a cancer cell-specific antibody on the surface of human natural killer cells, it is possible to provide an extracellular vesicle that can exhibit strong cytotoxic activity specifically against cancer cells. The extracellular vesicle can be provided as a new anticancer agent that is safe for the human body and exhibits an excellent anticancer effect. In addition, the extracellular vesicle of the present invention can be used to deliver drugs or bioactive substances to specific cancer cells by encapsulating the drugs or bioactive substances having a therapeutic effect on cancer therein, and thus can be provided as a new means of treating cancer.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a screening method for a therapeutic agent for vascular calcification, in which it was confirmed that, in a CaBP9K-deletion model among vascular-calcification-induced animal models, vascular calcification was ameliorated, compared to a normal model, and thus the screening method is useful as a method for screening for a composition for the prevention, treatment, amelioration, or diagnosis of vascular calcification, or for a therapeutic agent for vascular calcification.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a polysubstituted imidazolo[4,5-c][1,2]thiazine derivative and a use of an agent comprising same as an active agent, which is useful for infectious diseases associated with vascular inflammation caused by HMGB1 protein activity. It has been found that the polysubstituted imidazolo[4,5-c][1,2]thiazine derivative of the present invention increases the sepsis survival rate as a result of searching for antiseptic effects through CLP-induced sepsis animal experiments. Accordingly, the agent comprising the polysubstituted imidazolo[4,5-c][1,2]thiazine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active agent may be advantageously used as a therapeutic agent for infectious diseases and vascular inflammatory diseases including sepsis caused by HMGB1 protein activity.
