Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for controlling the particle size of a biocompatible hyaluronic acid filler, wherein in a method for preparing a filler having non-cohesive hardness through pressure alone, when the filler is extruded and transferred through a conveying pipe using the pressure of a syringe, filler particles are broken by hardness and thus the particle size is reduced, and the particle size of the filler can be controlled by repeatedly extruding and transferring the filler while changing the inner diameter of the conveying pipe in stages.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a valve and a method for coupling the same. The valve is installed in a mechanism, which comprises a needle, a hub connected to the needle, and a connection part connected to the hub, so as to prevent fluid, filled in an apparatus for injecting the fluid into a living body, from being exposed to air. The connection part is coupled to an inner space of the hub, wherein the valve is installed in a dead space left in the inner space, except the portion to which the connection part is coupled. Thus, the present invention prevents fluid from flowing into the dead space by minimizing the volume of the dead space through the valve, and at the same time allows the fluid to flow through the valve.

Abstract

A centrifuge includes a rotator comprising a receiving unit receiving materials and guiding the materials to move upward by centrifugal force to an upper portion of the receiving unit, and a rotator cover covering the upper portion of the receiving unit. The centrifuge also includes a container that is coupled to the rotator cover to be connected to the receiving unit and that receives the materials moved upward along the receiving unit. The centrifuge and a centrifuging method as disclosed herein are used for separating a fluid to which a large centrifugal force is applied and a fluid to which a smaller centrifugal force is applied by adjusting the rotation speed using the principle that centrifugal force during rotation varies according to specific components of a fluid. Thus, using the centrifuge and the centrifugal method, materials can be centrifuged and layers of the materials can be classified and collected accurately and easily.
