REBAR BINDING DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING CAGE FOR TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION
The present invention provides a rebar binding device for assembling a cage for tunnel construction by which wires are bound to crossed rebars, the rebar binding device comprising: a wire conveying unit that moves a wire for binding crossed rebars; a gripping/cutting unit that is connected to the wire conveying unit and can grip and cut the wire; a bending unit that wraps the wire that has passed through the gripping/cutting unit around the crossed rebars, and then supplies the end of the wire to the gripping/cutting unit; and a control unit connected to the wire conveying unit, the gripping/cutting unit, and the bending unit. The control unit wraps the wire, moved by rotating a conveyance motor in the forward direction, around the crossed rebars by means of the bending unit, and then positions the end of the wire in the gripping/cutting unit. Subsequently, when the gripping/cutting unit grips the end of the wire, the control unit rotates the conveyance motor in the reverse direction to move the wire in the other direction and thereby wind the wire tightly around the crossed rebars.
