A first portion of a template file is generated based on the template, and the first portion is applied as input to a provisioning engine to generate one or more provisioned values as a result provisioning the computing service. A second portion of the template file is generated based on the template, and the second portion of the template file is applied as input to a configuring engine to configure the computing service. It is determined that the service has been configured, and the computing service is provided for use by one or more users.
