However, according to the above-described configuration of the present invention, the optical filter window equipped with a dichroic light filter is used to solve this problem so that there is an effect of operating a smart farm more economically.

In addition, the predictive ability of the Cetux-probe activated fluorescence was confirmed to be much higher than that of EGFR expression or KRAS mutation status, and thus the Cetux-probe of the present invention may be usefully employed for predicting a response to cetuximab therapy by assessing EGFR degradation.

The present invention provides a BRCA-specific siRNA for the purpose of improving the sensitivity of cancer cells to a PARP inhibitor. The siRNA of the present invention can induce cancer cell death together with a PARP inhibitor in patients having a wild-type BRCA gene with low therapeutic efficacy of the PARP inhibitor. A fusion protein-siRNA complex for siRNA delivery, of the present invention, is introduced into cells via CD47, and thus can be delivered more specifically to cancer cells while being introduced with high efficiency, thereby maximizing a desired cell death effect.
