The invention consists of a cap (3) comprising: an inner cavity (3b) for housing the head (1b) of a male element (1) which is held in place by retaining means (3c, 2c), an insertion hole (2b, 3f) for inserting the head (1b) of the male element (1) into the inner cavity (3b), and an anchoring bushing (2a) which is disposed in the insertion hole (3f) in the cap (3) and which comprises a central hole (2b) having an extension that is greater than the maximum cross-section of a peripheral step (1c) provided on the head (1b) of the male element (1). The invention also comprises a laminar seal (5) which is made from a material through which the head (1b) of the male element (1) can pass and which is disposed on the anchoring bushing (2a), said seal having an extension that is essentially identical to the extension of the central hole (2b) in the anchoring bushing (2a).
